WHY ROC FILINGS ARE REQUIRED?
ROC filings are essential because every company must notify the ROC of all income and expenses, as well as information on its shareholders, meetings, and any changes to the firm during the fiscal year. This is done to ensure that the company is free from non-compliances. A significant fine will be applied for any company that neglects to file.
ROC FILING FORM: WHAT ARE THE FORMATS?
The following are the various forms that can be filed with the ROC:
ADT-1: This form must be filled with the necessary information to appoint an auditor.
AOC-4: The company's financial statements must be submitted in this format.
MGT-7: The company's annual return must be submitted in this format.
WHICH DATES ARE THE ROC FILING FORMS DUE?
