GET DIRECTOR’S LIST UPDATED ON MCA

Any firm that wants to add a new director must have the consent of its shareholders at the annual meeting. After the resolution is approved at the meeting, the business must notify the ROC via Form DIR-12 that the director has been appointed, and it must do so within 30 days of the date of the appointment.

What Does a Director Resign?

Any director of the firm may step down from their position as a director by sending a letter of resignation to the business. In this case as well, the business must notify the ROC of his resignation via Form DIR-12 no later than thirty days from the resolution date.

How long does it take to update the Director changes details?

The company must notify MCA of any changes to the director within 30 days of the director's resignation or letter of consent to continue serving as a director having been filed with the company. The changes must be made in the e-form DIR-12, which MCA requires, along with any necessary attachments.

  • MBP-1 as declaration for Interest in other Entities (provided by us)

  • Notice for Appointment

  • Copy of PAN and Address Proof to be submitted to board

  • Digital Signature of Director Approving Appointment or Resignation

  • DIN of Appointee Director (if not available same can be made available at Rs 3000 extra for DIN and DSC)

  • Rs. 100000 for becoming a Director (to be refunded to director after he is regularized), only in case of public company.
