LLP Name Suitability
Choose an LLP name and confirm that it is available. If the name is available, a Reservation of Unique Name (RUN) application can be sent to the MCA along with a certified document proving the partners’ approval to apply for a new name.
Documents Required For Name Change of LLP
Initial LLP agreement
Consent letter of the Partners to apply for new name.
Trademark application or registration certificate(if any)
Conduct the meeting of the designated partners of the LLP for getting the approval of new name and check the availability of the name from MCA portal.
Form LLP-1 need to be filed with prescribed government fee to the registrar of the companies with six names.
File form LLP-5 to the registrar of the companies within 90 days from the date of receiving name approval letter.
File form LLP-3 with supplementary agreement.
