Comply Hub Consultants (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality financial and IT services. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, shipping, and exchanges are applicable.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request service cancellation by providing written notice to support@complyhubindia.com.

  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Services that are already in progress or completed cannot be canceled.

  • Comply Hub reserves the right to cancel services in case of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or unethical behavior by the client.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only in cases where Comply Hub is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service commencement.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the approval date.

  • No refund will be provided for:

    • Partially completed services.

    • Cancellations made after service delivery.

    • Delays or issues caused by the client’s non-cooperation or failure to provide required information.

3. Shipping Policy

  • As Comply Hub provides digital services, no physical shipping is involved.

  • All deliverables, including reports, files, and project outputs, will be shared electronically through email or cloud-based storage platforms.

  • Clients will receive service deliverables within the agreed-upon timeline.

4. Exchange Policy

  • As we provide digital and service-based solutions, exchanges are not applicable.

  • If there is an issue with the delivered service, clients may request a review or revision.

  • All revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
